My approach is compassionate, deeply curious, and grounded in proven therapeutic methods. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and build practical skills that lead to lasting change.
With specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting – a powerful brain-body technique for releasing stored emotional and physical pain – I help clients shift negative beliefs, regulate intense emotions, strengthen relationships and reconnect with their inherent worth. I also integrate insights from attachment theory, polyvagal-informed work, and trauma research to tailor our sessions precisely to your needs.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve supported children, families, and individuals navigating developmental challenges, medical issues, autism spectrum needs, and trauma – experience which informs the depth and care I bring to therapy today. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling (2022) and am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, with fewer than 130 supervised hours remaining before full licensure as an LMHC. This means you receive high-quality, evidence-based care at an affordable rate.
Clients often leave our work together feeling more empowered, emotionally resilient, and clear about their next steps – equipped with tools they can use long after therapy ends.
I offer online sessions only and begin with a complimentary consultation to ensure we’re a strong fit.
I look forward to supporting you with both heart and expertise on your path to healing.

When I’m not in session, I’ve got my Jeep keys in hand, flip-flops on, toy poodle shotgun—chasing sun, sand, and salt. Paddleboard or kayak mornings, chocolate + cheese afternoons, cold drink always. An island soul, forever curious.
