Fofoti Counseling draws its name from the iconic Fofoti tree of Aruba.

Shaped by constant tradewinds, the Fofoti grows in a distinctive, graceful slant, always pointing toward the southwest. Despite harsh conditions - salty air, strong winds, and arid soil - it thrives - standing strong and offering respite and beauty to all who encounter it. 

The Fofoti is rooted firmly in the sand, bending without breaking. This natural resilience inspires me deeply: it reminds us that we can adapt to life's challenges, grow through adversity, and emerge stronger - flourishing!  

I offer a compassionate, deeply curious, and highly individualized approach grounded in evidence-based practices and the latest trauma research.

I believe real healing happens when we explore the connections between mind, body, and spirit in a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard - where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and build practical skills that lead to lasting change.
